Staff are really nice. We like the choices they give with rubber band colors. Love how positive the staff and Dr Rawle are. Incentives with point system are nice, but we thought we'd have more points by now with ALL the various treatments I've had, and timeliness of arriving for appts. One down side, is a male tech tends to be rougher when working in my tiny mouth.

My child has braces! It was a very efficient process getting them put on. So far a very positive experience - hardly any complaints. Good job Rawles!
